How do I create an account?
Download CYNQOR and sign in with your phone number. You’ll receive a one-time code by SMS.
How do payments work?
Orders are paid through the payment method offered by the shop (for example Kaspi). CYNQOR helps you place and track the order; the shop processes payment and fulfillment.
Where can I track my order?
Open the Orders section in the app. You’ll see status updates as the shop confirms, ships, and completes your order.
How do returns and refunds work?
Returns are handled primarily by the shop. See our Refund Policy. For platform help, email support@cynqor.app with your order number.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Account management → Delete account. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
How do I report abuse?
Use in-app reporting or contact support. See our Community Rules.
Report a problem
Tell us what went wrong. Reports are stored securely in Firebase for our support team.
