CYNQOR Delivery Policy
Version: 1.0
Effective date: July 10, 2026
1. Overview
CYNQOR is a platform for placing orders between buyers and the store. Delivery is arranged by the store (seller), not by the platform operator, unless the order or in-app conversation states otherwise.
This policy supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Placing an order
- Orders are created in the CYNQOR app with items, sizes (if applicable), and contact details.
- After submission, the store confirms the order and agrees on delivery via order status and/or in-app chat.
- Stock reservation follows in-app rules and warehouse availability.
3. Delivery methods
The store chooses the method, which may include:
- Courier delivery to the address provided at checkout.
- Pickup from a store or pickup point (if offered by the seller).
- Third-party carriers — as agreed with the store.
CYNQOR does not guarantee every delivery method for every product.
4. Delivery timeframes
- Estimated timelines are communicated by the store after confirmation.
- Delays may occur due to stock, region, carrier load, or force majeure.
- Current order status is shown in the app (Orders).
5. Delivery cost
- Delivery fees (if any) are set by the store and communicated before or after checkout.
- Payment for goods and delivery may be completed via external payment systems (e.g. Kaspi) per in-app instructions.
6. Receiving your order
- Inspect items and packaging upon receipt.
- Report damage or mismatches to the store via the app promptly.
- For returns and refunds, see our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Delays and force majeure
Stores and buyers should notify each other in the app about delays. CYNQOR is not liable for third-party failures (carriers, connectivity, payment providers) but may help facilitate communication.
8. Contact
- Order questions: in-app chat with the store or support@cynqor.app
